Presentation of a case study about ethnographic research for municipal services explaining the approach to identify the citizens’ needs

Introduction to the human-centered design methodology, user personas and journeys.

Hand-on activities:

Division in smaller groups based on previously defined challenges cities face and initiatives they put in place. Brainstorming session within each group. Selection of the best ideas within groups.

Whole group discussion of the ideas that emerged and prioritization of those ideas.
