وبعدما تقدمت المرأة بشكل واسع ومضطرد على الصعد التربوية والعلمية والاكاديمية، وبرهنت كفاءتها في المجالات التخصصية، تبدو المرأة جاهزة حاليا للاستفادة من هذا التحول الجزئي في التوجهات والقوانين والسياسات، لخوض غمار الحياة العامة، وتحديدا على مستوى الحكم المحلي.
الا ان العقدة المتبقية تتمثل في تراكم اجيال من عدم الثقة بها والحذر حيالها بحيث تواجه النسيج المجتمعي الاسير لهيكليات وعادات وموروثات تمنعها من التقدم. من هنا تبرز المحاور التي يجدر العمل عليها لبناء الثقة وترميم الجسور بين المرأة ومجتمعها ، سواء عبر تركيز جهود المرأة على نفسها بحيث تتخطى حاجز الوهن الذي تعاني منه، حيث يدفعها الى العزوف عن خوض غمار العمل العام، او عبر نشر الوعي في مختلف القطاعات ومع اصحاب المصلحة للاستفادة من امكانات وكفاءات محققة لدى هذا المكون الحيوي في المجتمع.
الاهداف المحددة للورشة
- تحفيز المرأة على تعزيز المعرفة والامكانات وتقوية الالتزام بدورها الحيوي في القطاع المحلي ولا سيما في البلديات.
- تقديم الاقتراحات الآيلة الى تمكين المرأة بحيث تستطيع ان تصل الى المواقع القيادية وتترك بصمة حقيقية فيها.
- استنباط سبل التوعية على اهمية الدور الذي تلعبه المرأة في مجالات التنمية المستدامة كافة
After women have progressed widely and steadily at the educational, scientific and academic levels, and have proven their competence in specialized fields, women now seem ready to take advantage of this partial shift in attitudes, laws and policies to enter public life, specifically at the local government level.
However, the remaining obstacle is the accumulation of generations of distrust and caution towards women, so that they face the societal fabric that is captive to structures, customs and legacies that prevent them from advancing. Hence, the axes that should be worked on to build trust and restore bridges between women and their society, whether by focusing women's efforts on themselves to overcome the barrier of weakness they suffer from, which pushes them to refrain from engaging in public work, or by spreading awareness in various sectors and with stakeholders to take advantage of the potential and competencies realized by this vital component of society.
Specific objectives of the workshop
Motivate women to enhance their knowledge, capabilities, and commitment to their vital role in the local sector, especially in municipalities.
Provide suggestions to empower women so that they can reach leadership positions and leave a real imprint on them.
Develop ways to raise awareness of the importance of the role women play in all areas of sustainable development.
