During the third Workshop we focus on identification of cities’ future initiatives, assessment of resources, and development of a programme with projects.
Relevant aspects of the work will be:
- Recap of challenges
- Project design (objectives, SMART, resources)
- Building projects and prioritisation
- Working on two possible projects/ initiatives
- Agreement on way to build agreement after internal consultation
