Hands-on part:
- Presentation of the best practices by the cities
- Discussion and comments between the cities
- Clusterisation of the proposed initiatives based on the problems they address, implementation process, etc
- Division in smaller groups for cities to discuss similar initiatives and identify the possible directions of improvement
