Covid19 brought not only the lockdown and new social challenges, but a forced transformation in the way municipalities have to offer and execute their services, to provide citizens with the fulfilment of needs under completely new circumstances.
Several services in administrations around the world have been dealing with digital transformation processes, where some have been very successful, and others still need to improve. Challenges are countless and support is always needed.
In this session you will get in contact with German and Global experts who will show you examples of Public Services Digitalisation and share their process with you.
Recommendations, learnings, Do´s and Dont´s will be shared and topics for the Digitalisation of Public Services working group will be defined.
