Goals and objectives
- Establishing a lasting multi-stakeholder forum involving private, public, and civil society institutions to address women's economic participation and empowerment.
- Offering diverse perspectives, promoting collaboration, and enhance decision-making by including input from various stakeholders with different interests and expertise. This approach will lead to more comprehensive solutions and increased decision legitimacy.
- Promoting participants' professional development, particularly in leadership and basic change management principles. Further, improve cooperation & strengthen teambuilding skills.
- Building a strong team and promoting social cohesion among members.
