With the start of vaccination campaign, a strategy has finally been initiated in terms of pandemic control. As soon as the incidence of infection has been reduced, one question will be how to rebuild the economy, safeguard jobs, support small and medium-sized enterprises, the informal sectors and change direction towards better climate protection (green recovery). Cities therefore want to work on how to overcome the consequences of the crisis while achieving the goals of major international agendas such as the Paris Climate Agreement and the Agenda 2030. This cluster addresses the importance of local economic development agencies for the post-pandemic recovery of the industry sector.
